Consent for personal data processing

According to N 152 – Federal Law by 27.07.2006 “About Personal Data” you give consent to process your personal data by the Aludeco-K Ltd: the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification/updating/modification, use, distribution (inclusive of transfer), exclusively for the purposes of selling software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization and destruction.

Aludeco-K Ltd. guarantees confidentiality of received information. Personal data is being processed for the purposes of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by the company Aludeco-K Ltd. as mandatory.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the rights holder, distributor or reseller of the software in order to register the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. The company Aludeсo-K Ltd. guarantees that the rights holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data under conditions similar to those set out in the Privacy Policy of personal data.

This agreement applies to the following information recognized as personal data: surname, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for orders delivery, phone number, payment details.

The validity of this agreement is not limited. You have the right to withdraw consent for personal data processing by sending the relative written request to the address: 156004 Kostroma region, Nekrasovo village, Aludeco-K Ltd. with the note «Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing».

We draw your attention to the fact that withdrawal of consent for personal data processing leads to removal of your account from the Internet site (http://puntodesingru.com) and the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of Aludeco-K Ltd., which can make it impossible to use the Internet services of Aludeco-K Ltd.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate and reliable, and that the presentation of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights and interests of third parties. All submitted information is filled by me in relation to myself personally.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
